The hotel had tiny rooms, surprisingly small for a 4-star hotel, and with the addition of a child's cot, it felt quite cramped. Despite this, the modern and spacious bathroom was a plus. While the staff encounter was a bit unlucky, it might be worth considering booking a larger double room for a nicer experience. The location was great, right by a lovely park perfect for children, but the dining experience was below par with limited and overcrowded options.
